A lot of teams and organisations are struggling to implement and improve lean-agile ways of working. Therefore, I wanted to put together a lightweight competency/improvement checklist to help Lean-Agile product development teams and organizations.

Writing a good user story which is just enough to understand the context and objectives of the “customer need” and trigger further conversation among the team and users is always one of the biggest challenges for agile teams.

Without transparency (one of the core values of Lean-Agile approach) teams and therefore organizations lose their ability to learn from each other.

As Product Managers or Agile Team members, we all know how difficult it is starting a new role, especially if it’s a newly established Lean-Agile Team.
